Monday, December 4, 2017 1:10 – 3:15 pm.

Students dismiss at 1:10 then go directly to MPR to watch a movie.

Parents pick-up children after the movie 3:15 pm.

ADMISSION: $5.00 per student
Includes: Pizza, Chips and Drink

Please return this form to child’s teacher by Thursday 11/30/17

Note: We will not be taking late slips because we need to buy supplies early.
No orders will be taken on Monday, the day of the event.
